Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school-based team in Kansas City, KS for the 2026–2027 school year. This unique opportunity provides flexibility, as the OT will have the ability to create their own daily schedule and determine how many schools they visit each day.

The position supports students across several schools, with an average of 1–3 school visits per day .

Position Highlights

ASAP start through May 21, 2027
Full-time, school-based opportunity
Caseload of approximately 50–60 students
OT will have flexibility to create their own schedule
Typically 1–3 school visits per day
Opportunity to work across multiple school settings
Collaborative educational environment

Qualifications

Active Kansas OT license required
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently across multiple school locations
Passion for supporting students' functional and educational goals
