What You'll Do

• Provide advanced nursing care for adult and geriatric patients with acute leukemia and hematology diagnoses
• Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias using EPIC charting
• Administer IV therapy, blood products, and manage IV access including PICC lines and central lines
• Care for patients with feeding tubes and utilize rapid response teams when necessary
• Implement infection prevention protocols and patient falls prevention strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Follow staffing ratios aimed at 1:4 (may vary up to 1:5) based on patient needs

What You Need

• Ohio RN license or eligible for licensure in Ohio
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Experience with MS/Tele, telemetry monitoring, and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Key skills include IV therapy, blood draws, PICC line management, and use of Rapid Response Teams
• Ability to work variable shifts, including rotating day/night schedules depending on staffing needs
