Client Experience Concierge

STOP: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING. This is a 100% ON-SITE, IN-PERSON position at our Sunrise, FL office. There are NO remote, hybrid, or relocation options available. We are currently interviewing candidates who live in the Fort Lauderdale/Broward County area and can commute daily. If you are outside of South Florida, please do not apply.

USHEALTH Advisors is looking for friendly, motivated professionals who enjoy building relationships, helping others, and creating a great client experience.
As a Client Experience Concierge, you’ll work with prospective and existing clients throughout the health coverage process, from answering questions and helping with enrollment to providing ongoing support.
You don’t need previous industry experience. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing coaching.
What You’ll Do
- Assist prospective and existing clients
- Guide clients through the enrollment and sales process
- Answer questions and provide professional client support
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Maintain accurate and organized client information
- Work alongside the team to deliver a positive client experience
