Job Details Job Location: Brooklyn Point Building - Brooklyn, NY 11201. Position Type: Full‑Time. Education Level: High School. Salary Range: $22.34 - $29.79 per hour. Shift: Graveyard (Thursday - Monday 11:00PM - 7:30AM). Responsibilities Ensuring residents and guests experience five-star service. Acting as a point of contact for residents and guests. Arranging transportation for residents and guests. Providing information about property amenities. Giving directions to local attractions. Assisting with the upkeep and appearance of the property. Receiving and distributing packages, dry‑cleaning items, documents, and other items. Following security protocol by checking in/out all guests, vendors, contractors, and other visitors to the property. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Professional and friendly demeanor. Effective interpersonal, communication, decision‑making, and organizational skills. High attentiveness to detail. Ability to adapt, multi‑task, and take initiative. Responsive to various needs and requests. Maintains confidentiality for guests and residents. Prior experience as a Concierge or similar experience at a luxury residential or hotel building. Basic knowledge of building systems, computers, and community at large. Multi‑lingual fluency is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Pay ranges from $22.34–$29.79 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and more.
