The Sales Manager will lead and develop a local sales team, set performance goals, and monitor progress to ensure targets are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching agents, conducting sales meetings, reviewing sales pipelines, and supporting team members with customer presentations and closing strategies. The role will also involve recruiting and onboarding new sales staff, collaborating with leadership on regional sales initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
