We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented team.Location(s): Houston, TXJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Disputes team within the financial services sector. This role is responsible for accurately processing and entering dispute-related information between external and internal systems, ensuring data integrity and timely case updates.Key Responsibilities:Enter and maintain dispute data between external and internal databases.Review dispute records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.Update case information and documentation as disputes progress through the resolution process.Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure accurate recordkeeping.Generate and maintain reports using Excel and Google Sheets.Required Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Nice to have:Previous experience in data entry, operations, financial services, or a related administrative role.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
