Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Dental Practice Management or Clinical Coordination. Experience with quality improvement methodologies and regulatory compliance audits. Familiarity with insurance billing processes and patient financial counseling. Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations. Coronal Polish and Nitrous Certified. Responsibilities: Coordinate daily clinical operations including patient scheduling, treatment planning, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction. Serve as a liaison between dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative personnel to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Monitor compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements within the dental clinic. Manage patient records and clinical documentation accurately, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Assist in training and onboarding new clinical staff, and support ongoing professional development initiatives. Facilitate patient education by providing information on treatment plans, oral hygiene practices, and follow-up care instructions.
