Details Cath Lab unit within a teaching hospital setting Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM On-call responsibilities required Float to all three hospital campuses (Martin North, South, Tradition) within a 20 mile radius as needed Performs diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, including left and right heart catheterizations Utilizes Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring Administers and monitors procedural sedation Interprets and manages dysrhythmias Charting completed in Epic Requirements Active FL or compact RN license required Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of consideration Epic charting experience required One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty being applied for Additional Information Work in a smoke-free facility requiring nicotine-free status confirmed via a negative 10-panel drug screen including cotinine COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required, with medical or religious exemptions only Time-sensitive training modules must be completed and prioritized promptly once the assignment is confirmed EKG and pharmacology tests required during orientation, with a maximum of 2 attempts each and no retesting opportunities Expected to work every other holiday All requested time off must be discussed during the interview and submitted upfront, as later requests are unlikely to be approved Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate First-time travelers are welcome to apply Former permanent or per diem employees must wait 1 year from their previous end date before returning These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
