Power Washing & Maintenance Tech Responsibilities Become a power washing and window cleaning expert while providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction on every job Maintain warehouse orderliness and cleanliness Maintain equipment, motors, pumps and trucks Learn estimating and engage with customers about upsell opportunities Arrive before and leave after rest of team. Responsible for preparing the equipment, warehouse & trucks before and after each day\'s jobs. Including oil changes, pump rebuilds, compression troubleshooting, water pressure troubleshooting, filter changes, tune-ups, etc. MUST be available weekdays, weekends, and nights. Expect work 3-4 days a week, 1-3 weekend jobs per month, 1-3 night jobs per month. Fluctuates seasonally. Preferred: Window cleaning experience but not required Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs Willingness to work night and weekend shifts Willingness to operate heavy machinery and work on lifts Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must have Valid Driver\'s License Must submit drug test monthly Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Rolling Suds of OKC
