Customer Service Representative
Location: Fife, WA Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Max Pay Rate: $18.50/hour Contract Position
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced logistics and transportation environment. In this role, you will work directly with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure exceptional service and timely resolution of delivery-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Investigate and troubleshoot delivery-related issues
- Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress
- Process delivery order changes, updates, and cancellations
- Verify documentation and scan delivery records
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-up
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, logistics, transportation, or distribution environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer concerns
