Facility & Logistics Coordinator

The Facility & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring building systems function efficiently, coordinating with service providers, and managing facility-related projects. The role also includes safety compliance and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the position covers logistics coordination, including inventory management, transportation, and distribution of goods. The role involves working with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Responsibilities Maintain the overall appearance of our facilities, both inside and out, to uphold a professional and safe environment. Support safety, health, and environment inspections and safety walks at Canada locations. Conduct orientation of employees, visitors, and contractors regarding safety and environmental practices. Serve as the key user for the regional security system, monitor operation, and troubleshoot as required. Maintain local emergency plans for fire, hurricane evacuation, and disaster response; serve as facility emergency response coordinator. Collaborate with the QEHS team to maintain ISO certifications and compliance through routine inspections and audits. Assist in coordinating and setting up meetings and events to ensure smooth execution; promote employee morale through engagement initiatives. Generate and oversee purchase requisitions and purchase orders in the company purchasing portal. Maintain 3rd party facility maintenance contracts and monitor work with support from purchasing. Ensure ordering and maintenance of facility consumables inventory to prevent disruptions. Direct repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of the facility (plumbing, HVAC, painting, fixtures). Evaluate maintenance requests and communicate updates in a timely manner. Implement weekly and monthly maintenance logs and ensure thorough record-keeping. Coordinate with departments to support facility needs and ensure smooth operations. Contribute to compliance with corporate sustainability and decarbonization initiatives. Maintain environmental waste documentation and local regulatory permits. Support regional IM team in handling local requests to maintain stakeholder infrastructure. Coordinate all shipments within the facility and maintain tracking for incoming and outgoing goods. Maintain local tooling calibration within the company tracking system. Qualifications To be successful in this role, the candidate should be self-motivated with excellent communication and coordination skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient at multitasking and have a general understanding of commercial facility system operations. They should be technically skilled to assess maintenance requests and ensure timely, effective task completion. Experience in logistics management and a solid understanding of supply chain processes are essential. Additional Information Last application date: 16/06/2026.
