Senior Account Manager - Contact Pro

Description Sinch is looking for a highly driven Senior Account Manager to join our Contact Pro Standalone Business Unit. Sinch Contact Pro is an advanced, omnichannel cloud contact center (CCaaS) solution natively integrated with major CRM platforms, including a deeply rooted, premium integration with SAP Service Cloud. We are looking for a strong commercial closer who can drive revenue both directly and through our partner ecosystem. Based in Germany—the heart of our SAP ecosystem and a critical market for our enterprise customers—you will act as the primary commercial owner for CCaaS opportunities in the DACH region and beyond. You will report directly to the Sales Director Contact Pro and play a pivotal role in executing a sales motion designed to capture market share, with a heavy focus on driving new business alongside strategic partners. Key responsibilities Direct Sales & Deal Execution Take full, end-to-end ownership of the Contact Pro sales cycle, from qualification to close, ensuring a high win rate for the DACH region. In broader, multi-product enterprise deals, you will drive the Contact Pro sale while collaborating seamlessly with other Sinch sales colleagues who manage the rest of the Sinch product portfolio. Lead client discovery, build strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT directors, and Customer Service leadership), and execute the overall commercial strategy to close enterprise deals. Partner Ecosystem & Co-Selling Act as the primary commercial relationship owner for our regional partners (including SAP, System Integrators and VARs). Drive joint go-to-market activities, co-sell alongside partner sales reps, and help transition our sales motion towards a heavily partner-led pipeline. Educate and enable partner teams on the commercial value proposition of Contact Pro, specifically highlighting our competitive differentiators and seamless CRM integrations. Establish regular syncs with partners to maintain tight alignment on the joint pipeline, ensuring all partner-led opportunities are accurately monitored, tracked, and progressed. Market Strategy & Pipeline Management Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of Contact Pro opportunities in the DACH region, balancing both direct deals and indirect (partner-sourced) channels. Provide on-the-ground market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to our leadership and marketing teams to continuously refine our messaging. This role is based in Germany and reports to the Director, Sales - Contact Pro Requirements Experienced Enterprise Seller: You have 5+ years of quota-carrying experience preferably in enterprise software sales, specifically within Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Unified Communications (UCaaS), Customer Experience (CX), or CRM software. Otherwise, relevant CPaaS experience will also be considered. Partner-Minded: You have a proven track record of co-selling with channel partners, system integrators, and VARs. Experience working within or alongside the SAP ecosystem is highly desirable. Commercially Savvy with Solid Tech Grounding: You have a strong business acumen and a solid technical understanding of how cloud software, omnichannel routing, and CRM integrations deliver value to enterprise contact centers. You can confidently navigate high-level solution discussions with customer stakeholders. Collaborative Team Player: You are comfortable operating in a matrixed environment, successfully teaming up with other Sinch Account Executives on large, multi-product deals. Language Skills: Native fluency in German, and full professional proficiency in English. Location: Residing in Germany with the ability to travel regionally for customer, partner, and internal meetings.
