With scheduled working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will manage your tasks in a supportive atmosphere designed for high-quality care. Key Responsibilities\n As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, you will: \n \n Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, ensuring that each session is client-centered and evidence-based. \n Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, following all agency standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality care. \n Manage a consistent caseload of clients, utilizing flexible scheduling to best meet the needs of both clients and clinicians. \n Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychosocial educators and case managers, to create comprehensive treatment plans. \n Engage in regular supervision and case discussions to enhance your clinical skills and gain insights into best practices in mental health care. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds and face a spectrum of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Qualifications\n \n Active registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Clinical Psychologist in California. \n A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required. \n Demonstrated proficiency in communication, time management, and organizational skills critical to supporting client needs and clinical documentation. \n Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented outpatient setting, fostering collaboration and shared learning among colleagues. \n Preferred Experience\n \n At least two years of experience in counseling or mental health settings, with a focus on working with diverse populations. \n Experience utilizing electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms to support client engagement and care coordination. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 – $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
