WHAT YOU'LL DO Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery Translate complex repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance Deliver a white-glove pickup and delivery experience consistent with the Land Rover brand standard Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards Represent Land Rover San Francisco with the professionalism, expertise, and genuine hospitality the brand and its clientele expect WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Automotive service advisor experience preferred -- not required Proven success in hospitality, sales, retail, or a guest-facing role -- this is the foundation we hire for at Land Rover SF Polished, professional communicator -- Land Rover guests are discerning and expect an advisor who matches their standard Highly organized with strong attention to detail -- accurate estimates, realistic timelines, and disciplined follow-through are non-negotiable Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings Comfortable learning DMS platforms and Land Rover service processes -- we'll train you on the brand Valid driver's license with a clean driving record A hospitality mindset -- every guest interaction reflects the Land Rover standard, and you take that seriously Our best advisors have come from luxury hospitality, high-end retail, financial services, and client-facing roles of all kinds.
