Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Baton Rouge, LA, for a Business Development Specialist. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, supporting lead generation efforts, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. The role requires effective communication, data analysis, and collaboration to meet business objectives and promote organizational success. Qualifications Proficient in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business prospects and opportunities. Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, forecast trends, and develop actionable strategies. Excellent Communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships. Customer Service expertise to address client needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and independently to achieve objectives.
