Job Description

Lumina Agency INC is seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Baton Rouge, LA. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting company growth initiatives.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy communicating with clients, and are eager to develop valuable business and sales skills within a supportive professional setting.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Present company services and solutions in a professional manner
  • Assist with client onboarding and account support
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and development programs
