Travel RN – Ambulatory Care Location: Syracuse, NY 13210 Duration: 14 Weeks Job Type: Contract | Travel Shift: Days | 5×8s Travel Pay Range: $60 – $65/hour ($2,400 – $2,600/week) Position Summary Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Travel RN – Ambulatory Care for an exciting role in Syracuse, NY. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care including assessment, planning, and nursing interventions. Perform triage, obtain vital signs, and assist with procedures and provider-directed care. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Educate patients and families on care plans, follow-up, and medication instructions. Document care accurately and efficiently using EPIC Electronic Medical Records. Monitor patient response to care and promptly elevate changes to the provider. Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications Active and unrestricted New York State RN license. Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience (within the last 2 years). Prior experience in ambulatory care, urgent care, or pediatrics strongly preferred. Current BLS certification required. Experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital is highly desirable.
