Shipping Associate - Watertown Distribution Center

The Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Duties include picking and packing orders, verifying accuracy of shipments, operating material handling equipment, preparing shipping documentation, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs., and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift. Previous warehouse, shipping, or forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment
Verify quantities and product accuracy
Load and unload trucks safely
Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Complete shipping paperwork and system transactions
Maintain housekeeping and follow all safety procedures
Support continuous improvement and team-based operations

Pay range is $18-$19

Hours - 8AM-4:30PM M-F
