Job Overview A law firm seeks a litigation associate with 2-7 years of experience for its Worcester, Massachusetts office. The candidate must be admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Duties Gain valuable courtroom and deposition experience. Handle a varied caseload including construction losses, liquor liability, premises liability, trucking accidents, and product liability matters. Participate in trials and prepare for them. Take depositions and work with experts. Attend site inspections. Draft and argue motions. Receive ongoing skills training and shadowing opportunities. Engage in real-time coaching on client communication, discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy. Requirements Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Possess strong academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Skills Strong academic credentials.
