Senior Vice President People Development Senior Vice President People Development USA Position Description Apple Federal Credit Union is seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Vice President, People Development to join its executive leadership team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role leads enterprise-wide strategy for total rewards, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational culture, ensuring alignment with the credit union’s mission and business objectives. The SVP oversees key functions including compensation and benefits, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board on governance, policy, and regulatory compliance. This leader will foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, drive organizational effectiveness, and enhance the employee experience through innovative people strategies.
