Start Date: As soon as credentialing is complete

Shift: As assigned (day or evening shifts, including paid call, shared weekends)

Hours/week: 48 or 80 hours per pay period

Employment Type: Full-time or part-time

Experience: 1+ year of CRNA experience required

License/Certs: Board Certified CRNA, Oregon license preferred

Other Requirements: Clean malpractice history, NPDB self-query report

Pay & Benefits:

Compensation: Base rate of $305,218 gross annually for full-time; part-time pay discussed during interview

What You'll Do:

• Administer anesthesia independently based on your expertise, policies, and state regulations
• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of procedures in a busy hospital setting
• Perform all types of blocks and anesthesia-related procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and anesthesia team members
• Manage anesthesia for diverse surgical cases excluding heads, hearts, and healthy pediatric populations
• Participate in on-call duties with equitable sharing and scheduled days off
• Contribute to high-acuity trauma cases in a Level III trauma center with a broad catchment area

What You Need:

• Board Certified CRNA
• Oregon license or ability to obtain one
• Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience
• Clean malpractice background and NPDB self-query report

• Experience in a high-acuity, trauma setting
• Ability to practice independently under Oregon state statutes
• Excellent procedural and interpersonal skills
