Veronica Logan - State Farm Agent is looking for a motivated, results-driven sales professional who enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships, and achieving measurable goals.

This is a new-business sales position - not primarily a customer service role.    You'll work incoming leads, make outbound prospecting calls, follow-up consistently, present insurance solutions, and confidently ask for the business.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their results, thrives in a goal-oriented environment, and enjoys working alongside teammates who challenge and encourage one another to improve.

Previous insurance experience is not required.  Demonstrated sales ability, initiative, resilience, and coachability are important to us.  Bilingual English / Spanish skills are strongly preferred but not required

What You'll Own

• Generate new business through outbound calls, incoming leads, referrals, and relationship building
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer's needs
• Prepare quotes, present appropriate insurance solutions, handle objections, and close sales
• Identify opportunities to help customers with auto, home, life, and other insurance needs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent prospect follow-up
• Take ownership of daily activity, sales goals and production results
• Participate in coaching, role-playing, and team development

We believe consistent activity creates consistent results.  We measure prospecting, meaningful customer conversations, quotes presented, follow-up, and new business production

• Base pay: $15 to $17 per hour, plus performance-based commissions

The posted compensation range includes commission earning potential.  Base pay depends on licensing and experience, with $17 / hour available upon obtaining required licenses.  This role requires additional earnings opportunity through performance-based commissions tied to production.
