Senior Team Lead - Software Engineering at Optomi
Optomi, in partnership with an enterprise food & beverage manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer with a focus in CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics, to join their team!

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 3+ years of experience using CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM providing data insights into customer data.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or other related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business partners to understand business reporting needs.
- Design, build and test CRM Analytics dashboards in Salesforce to meet those needs.
- Partner with the data management and Insights and Analytics teams to define the necessary supporting data structures.
- Develop best practice standards for data structure and dashboard development.
- Conducts peer code reviews.
- Create and executes unit tests.
- Supports QA team during testing.
- Mentor less experienced members of the development team.
