Your Key Responsibilities Maintain the billing system and ensure timely processing of payments. Review invoices and account statements for accuracy. Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial integrity. Manage accounts receivable files and records with precision. Produce monthly financial and management reports to support decision-making. Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries promptly. Assist in general financial management and analysis to drive business success. Prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with colleagues across the organization. Your Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting. Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and operating a personal computer. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills to collaborate effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Studies, or Mathematics is a plus but not required.
