Job Title: Receptionist - Level 1
Location: Oakland, CA
Duration: 1 month Possible for extension? Possible
Shift: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $26.24hour (W2)

 

  Resource's typical working day | Job responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees Answer and direct incoming calls Issue access badges and visitor credentials Set up and prepare meeting rooms Provide general administrative and clerical support Coordinate office-related requests and ensure a positive visitor experience

 
Computer skills – Outlook, excel, and Word

 
Years of experience: at least 1-2 years

 
Education: at least HS diploma/GED

 
Interview Process: 1 in person
