This opportunity is for a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in oncology, focused on outpatient oncology infusion services at a leading health facility's Santa Monica campus. The role involves working with the Cancer Center Pharmacy team, requiring a depth of knowledge in chemotherapy and oncology treatment protocols.


Schedule and Location:

• Dayshift, Monday through Friday
• Variable shift hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Position located at a facility in Santa Monica, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical pharmacy services within the outpatient oncology infusion setting
• Administer and review chemotherapy regimens with a focus on patient safety and efficacy
• Collaborate with oncology care teams to optimize pharmacologic treatment plans
• Utilize the EPIC electronic health record system for medication management and documentation

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent clinical infusion experience specifically within outpatient oncology
• Proficient in Epic electronic medical record system
• Strong knowledge of oncology pharmacy best practices, chemotherapy protocols, and patient-centered care
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary oncology teams
