Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $90,000.00 and $120,000.00 annually plus commission and bonus opportunities. Ability to travel locally in the following regions: Delaware, Southeast Pennsylvania (Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties) and Southern New Jersey (Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Burlington, Ocean and Salem Counties). - Some overnight travel may be required at times.
