Technical Product Owner

Technical Product Owner Key Activities: Develop and maintain project roadmaps, delivery plans, and integrated project schedules. Manage feature backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and cross-team coordination across multiple workstreams. Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria are well-defined. Drive execution with engineering, QA, business analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders. Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, actions, assumptions, and decisions (IRAADs). Escalate and resolve blockers, scope changes, and delivery risks. Maintain leadership reporting, status updates, and program documentation. Support organizational change management, communications, training, and rollout activities. Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, and migration timelines. Required skills: Strong product management, program management, and project management skills, particularly in large-scale transformation initiatives. Ability to manage complex dependencies and coordinate across multiple teams and vendors. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level engagement. Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and prioritization. Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable work plans. Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making capabilities. Familiarity with document composition, print and digital communications ecosystems, migration programs, and enterprise technology platforms. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Rally, Smartsheet, Aha!, and Microsoft Teams. Worked with or in EngageOne, Quadient or other composition systems. RIT Solutions
