What We’re Looking For:

• Active Special Education Teaching License required
• Current Michigan Teaching Certificate (ZS approval or suitable endorsement for infants and toddlers)
• Demonstrated experience working with young children, ideally in an early childhood or special education setting
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to a range of student behaviors
• Ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Open to in-person or virtual interviews for your convenience

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to infants and toddlers
• Deliver specialized instruction and intervention in alignment with student needs
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Work closely with families to provide guidance and resources for continued development at home
• Collaborate with related service providers, including therapists and social workers
• Monitor and document student progress to ensure goals are met
