Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Teaching Certification with a Special Education (SPED) endorsement
• Previous experience working with students with mild to moderate special needs preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and fellow educators

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
