Position Summary

Our client, an advancing manufacturing company serving highly regulated industries, is seeking a Fabrication Technician to support the production of precision tooling and composite components. This position is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on fabrication, assembly, and working with a variety of hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build, modify, and prepare tooling, molds, and fixtures for manufacturing operations  
2. Assemble precision components using mechanical fasteners, adhesives, and bonding materials   
3. Drill, trim, sand, and finish parts to engineering specifications  
4. Support composite manufacturing operations by preparing tooling and production materials   
5. Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing travelers  
6. Perform work while maintaining quality standards and production schedules  
7. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all company and OSHA safety standards.  
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures including PPE requirements 

Qualifications & Skills

1. 2+ years of hands-on manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or mechanical assembly experience  
2. Experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools  
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail  
4. Ability to interpret work instructions and basic engineering drawings  
5. Experience in aerospace, industrial manufacturing, construction, cabinetry, skilled trades, or aircraft maintenance is a plus

Employment Type & Compensation

1. Type of Employment: This is a Full-Time | Direct Hire position 
2. Compensation: $58,240.00 per year, based on experience
3. Application Period: This position will remain open until filled 

Work Schedule

1. 3:45pm - 12:15am
