Job Summary & Responsibilities Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management Responsible for developing and implementing Strategic Sourcing strategies for assigned Commodities including: Qualifications Desired Skills and Experience: BA in business or other quantitative field, or comparable experience. Minimum of 10+ years of operational experience with at least 5 years being in a successful Supply Chain management role. Good working knowledge of ERP systems, and understands the roles of Master Scheduling, Material Planning and Procurement. Able to establish relationships and trust within the organization and the supply base. Able communicate effectively and succinctly on the needs of the business, the plan to achieve those needs, and the status of those plans. Highly motivated self-starter. Drives for results. Deals well with ambiguity. Outstanding quantitative skills. Thinks strategically. Innovative. Strong negotiating skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Shows work commitment. Compensation & Growth Base Salary Range: $144,000.00 - $216,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
