Project CoordinatorThe Will GroupHybrid – Shorewood, ILTWG Engineering is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of engineering and infrastructure projects that impact communities and essential systems.As part of The Will Group, we bring nearly four decades of experience serving the construction and utility industries. Our approach is grounded in collaboration, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering meaningful, results-driven solutions for our clients.In this role, you will work alongside Project Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to help keep projects organized, on track, and moving forward. You will play a central role in coordinating activities, managing project data, and ensuring communication flows effectively between teams and stakeholders.This role will sit out of either our Shorewood, IL or Wheaton, IL office and follows a hybrid schedule.What you will doCoordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projectsSupport project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure alignment with scope and timelinesMaintain organized documentation and accurate project dataGenerate reports and monitor project performance, identifying risks or delaysFacilitate communication between engineering teams, operations, and clientsContribute to process improvements and operational efficiencyWhat you bring1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentClear and effective communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially ExcelExperience with project tracking systems or ERP tools is a plusExposure to engineering or construction environments is preferredWhat to expectYou will be part of a team that values accountability, continuous improvement, and practical problem-solving, with a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
