Bellwether Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales and Business Development teams. This role plays an important part in keeping the sales process organized and moving forward by managing customer information, preparing quotes, coordinating procurement, assisting with meetings and events, and responding to client needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and learning about the technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales and Business Development teams.
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
* Maintain accurate customer, prospect, and opportunity information in the CRM.
* Respond to customer inquiries and help address client needs in a timely manner.
* Coordinate procurement activities, including product ordering, tracking, and delivery.
* Assist with scheduling client meetings, internal meetings, and sales activities.
* Partner with Account Executives and Business Development team members to support sales goals.
* Assist with planning, coordinating, and overseeing company and client events.
* Help identify and resolve issues proactively while keeping projects and tasks on track.

Qualifications

* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, administration, procurement, or a related role.
* Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
* Positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Previous B2B sales or technology industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

This position requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer, with occasional standing, walking, and movement throughout the office. The role may occasionally require travel to client or event locations and may involve lifting or moving equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
