eCommerce Manager (Hybrid Hollywood FL)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce Manager to lead our client’s online store strategy, operations, and growth. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end digital experience, driving online sales growth, and ensuring seamless integration with cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the online store’s functionality, driving growth, and optimizing the customer journey to increase conversions. Take ownership of eCommerce P&L, ensuring profitability and aligning strategies with business goals. Act as Product Owner for the online store, prioritizing feature development and overseeing backlog management. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing, merchandising, and customer service efforts. Utilize Scrum and Agile methodologies, managing sprints, prioritizing user stories, and continuously optimizing features and performance. Lead eCommerce funnel optimization initiatives, improving conversion rates and enhancing the overall user experience. Manage third‑party integrations, including payment gateways, inventory management systems, and other eCommerce‑related software. Ensure efficient use of Content Management Systems (CMS) for product updates, promotions, and site content. Work closely with IT and development teams to manage website enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality performance. Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven insights and by staying up‑to‑date on industry trends, Lean Startup methodologies, and Agile practices. Requirements 5-7 years of eCommerce experience, with 2-5 years in a Product Owner role managing feature functionality and P&L responsibilities. Certified Scrum Product Owner (Required).
