Field Marketing Coordinator-FL South

Overview Dental Care Alliance is hiring a full-time Field Marketing Coordinator for the FL South area only. This person will develop and execute strategic B2B marketing plans to increase patient referrals and treatment completion through local networking and relationship building with area dental offices and doctors. Plan and coordinate professional events for key audiences, develop meaningful social media content and marketing materials. Launch targeted local grassroots marketing initiatives in line with the offices’ brands, professional image, and target audiences. Please note this position is NOT remote you will be working throughout our Dental Practices: The FL Field marketer will be representing the following practices: 50529 DSC Cutler Bay 50509 DSC Kendall 50510 Palmetto Center for Dental Specialties 50502 TC Dental Associates of Homestead 50519 TC Cutler Bay Salary range for this role $58,000-$62,000 Responsibilities Promoting and representing a brand to its target audience. Their primary responsibility is to buildand strengthen the brand's reputation, increase its visibility, and engage with consumers. Hereare the key activities and responsibilities of brand ambassadors: Promotion and Advocacy: Act as an enthusiastic advocate for the offices and its values. Content Creation: Go to offices and capture photos, videos, review for social media posts that feature the practice. Distribute this content directly on the practice pages and/or submit to the Brand Manager Events and Promotions: Represent the offices at events, trade shows, or other promotional activities. Assist with giveaways and other marketing initiatives. Feedback and Insights: Collect feedback from office managers and relay it to the marketing team. Provide insights into market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the markets you serve on a quarterly basis. Secret shop other practices. Social Media Collaboration: Identify influencers in the community and send back to the brand team Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications or related field. Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies. Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior. Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build relationships through social skills and friendly disposition Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis. Solid organizational skills and detail oriented. Experience in event coordination and planning. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the capacity to learn and utilize other software platforms to enhance our marketing efforts. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel frequently Ability to work outside normal business hours occasionally is required.
