Veeva Analytics transforms complex data on patient populations and referral pathways into actionable insights that help the industry find patients earlier and improve outcomes. The role of the Consultant is to translate complex claims and industry data into actionable commercial strategies. You will lead the analytical heavy lifting—executing deep-dive analyses such as patient journeys, market landscapes, and RWE/HEOR studies—to solve our clients' toughest business challenges. Ultimately, you will build the technical credibility and relationships necessary to drive successful outcomes for our Commercial Business partners. The majority of your time will be spent supporting client engagement teams to deliver data-driven consulting engagements. You should have a strong understanding of commercial operations, tools, and brand strategies, with an aptitude for translating industry data into actionable insights. Serving as a day-to-day lead, you will collaborate with engagement leadership to manage project timelines, client expectations, and overall execution. In this role, you will typically apply claims, sales, and projected data to address specific client challenges. This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva, with the preference that candidates live on the East Coast in order to meet requirements to be at customer(s) site(s) as required. Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) for this employment position.What You'll DoApply patient-level real-world data and advanced analytics to develop solution recommendations and provide advisory support across HCP segmentation and targeting, forecasting inputs, marketing analytics, and field KPI definitionServe as a core member of the project team, owning workstreams and contributing to key deliverables and timelinesBuild and maintain effective relationships with client stakeholders across commercial organizationsMonitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholders are aligned on expectations, milestones, and outcomesStay informed on industry, therapeutic area, and data trends relevant to client business challengesQuickly assimilate new data domains, therapeutic areas, and business contextsApply strong business acumen to connect analytic findings with practical commercial decisionsMaintain awareness of evolving advisory capabilities, analytics approaches, and industry best practicesRequirementsBachelor's degree is required3+ years of experience with the pharmaceutical industry focused on Patient Analytics with expertise in Line of Therapy, Market Landscapes, HEOR/RWE, and/or Patient AnalyticsStrong understanding of data and analytics and how they drive business outcomesStrong track record of experience delivering client advisory engagementsCore management consulting skills, including workshop facilitation, client presentations, project management, and ability to develop structured approaches/methodologies to business problemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to travel roughly 40% but this can vary depending on engagementPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $70,000 - $140,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
