We're hiring a Regional Director of Sales at our rental facility in Whittier, CA (Advanced Solutions), and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Salary range: $125,000-150,000/yr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate. Primary Responsibilities Lead by example and inspire others to perform to their highest potential, maintaining a professional appearance at all times. Responsible for building a team: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing amazing people; conduct reviews and performance evaluations as necessary and assist location personnel in training for all system requirements. Ensure maximum sales performance at multiple locations. Conduct monthly reviews with sales representatives to understand their territory and business trends; identify and recommend areas for improvement and future revenue opportunities and estimate profit projections. Monitor sales metrics including fleet utilization, territory coverage, new account production, rate achievement, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction. Effectively communicate information to keep the sales team informed of issues; provide action items to improve issues with a sense of urgency. Manage District Sales Manager(s) and provide support for the entire team. Manage and support job site activities and projects with remote and on‑site involvement. Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on‑site. Establish reasonable and measurable goals with well‑defined expectations for the sales team members. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations. Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in the equipment rental industry required. Willingness to live within the specified region required. History of working in the geographical area preferred. Ability to travel up to 70% of the time required. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Strong ability to communicate with colleagues across departments, with direct reports or with executive leadership. Natural leadership skills and desire to take ownership of work. Capable of juggling multiple tasks and wearing lots of hats at work. Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
