Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

• Develop, schedule, and track preventive maintenance (PM) activities using CMMS systems to ensure equipment uptime and reliability

• Create, prioritize, and manage maintenance work orders while coordinating schedules with production and operations teams

• Manage maintenance spare parts inventory, including tracking stock levels, identifying critical parts, and maintaining minimum inventory thresholds

• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and maintain accurate records while working with vendors to source and procure replacement parts

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance planning, inventory control, or a related role

• Experience using CMMS, ERP, or inventory management systems

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage work orders, inventory, and vendor coordination

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems

• Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
