Account Executive I/II, Parkinson's Disease - Knoxville, TN

AbbVie seeks an Account Executive for its Parkinson's Disease franchise in Tennessee and North Carolina. The role involves building relationships with neurologists and specialists, delivering scientific presentations on approved products, and executing territory strategies to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on-label technical and scientific presentations to Movement Disorder Specialists, Neurologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strategic business relationships with accounts to increase product education and awareness of therapeutic gaps
- Create, implement, and communicate strategic account plans; monitor sales progress and report to stakeholders
- Attend neurology society meetings, conferences, and patient advocacy events to represent AbbVie and build relationships
- Remain current on clinical, market, and payer developments specific to Parkinson's Disease
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business; or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 2 years sales or account management experience
- 3+ years health science field/sales experience with 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales
- Demonstrated ability to network and partner across functional areas
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Capable of obtaining and maintaining HCIR credentialing requirements
