Associate Integrated Marketing Communications Manager - Buffalo Wild Wings

This role will support the social and digital creative strategy across organic and paid social campaigns—including LTO promotions, offers, influencers, merch, and brand partnerships—for the brand. The position supports the IMC/Social Team, our social creative agency, and influencer agency to ensure all assets are delivered according to strategy and on time. The lead will manage paid creative strategy, paid influencer strategies, review processes, briefing for agencies, production shoots, and content development, while exercising strong project‑management skills to stay on schedule and meet deadlines. Collaboration across the marketing department is essential to align social creative with broader objectives and drive brand relevance online. Responsibilities Manage paid creative strategy and paid influencer strategy. Supervise paid social creative review process cross‑functionally. Develop briefs for social, creative, and influencer agencies for upcoming brand activations. Oversee details of social production shoots for paid social campaigns. Create social content to support the paid social strategy. Ensure the creative meets deadlines and gets reviewed by all necessary parties. Collaborate with other marketing team members to align social creative with department expectations. Provide strategic solutions to drive brand relevance online with BWW’s core targets. Make strategic decisions to keep projects on time and deliver results. Education and Experience 4‑year degree. 1–3+ years of marketing experience specifically in social creative. Preferred: experience with Hootsuite, Meltwater, Sprinklr, or similar social media management tools. Understanding of social media metrics and ability to analyze performance. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Fluent in top social platform capabilities – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat. Strong relationship‑management skills. Team player; collaborative and trustworthy. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong creative review skills and ability to provide insightful feedback to creative teams. Ability to set goals, determine priorities, plan, organize, and follow through on responsibilities. Excellent project‑management skills.
