This role is integral to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care through direct support with daily living activities. The CNA will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive care that promotes dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.Primary Duties and Responsibilities• Measure, record, and report vital signs—including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respirations—while promptly communicating any changes to licensed nursing personnel• Assist residents with mobility needs, including transfers, ambulation, and repositioning, in accordance with individualized care plans• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nutritional support• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely, respectful, and professional manner• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment in compliance with infection control and safety standards• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse without delay• Foster respectful and effective communication with residents, families, and members of the care team• Comply with all organizational policies, as well as state and federal regulatory requirements and infection prevention protocolsQualifications• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Wyoming, in good standing with the Nurse Aide Registry• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-based clinical environment• Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability in a dynamic care setting• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities• Dedication to delivering compassionate, high-quality, person-centered careEmployee Benefits• Competitive compensation package• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance• Paid Time Off (PTO)• Care Cash Program• Employee Referral Incentive Program• Positive and team-oriented workplace environmentProfessional Growth OpportunitiesHeritage Grove Estates is committed to the ongoing development of its employees.
