Territory Sales Executives work an assigned area against a written plan that says which business segments to hit, how many appointments to hold each week, and how large the pipeline has to be to make the number. You manage yourself against those targets. Planning, lead follow-up, forecasting, and the administrative side sit at your home office. Appointments with owners happen in person, throughout your local market, on the days you block out for them.
