LPN - Med-Surg Adult, Long Term Care

The LPN providing care to the patient population is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care for skilled nursing and extended care. The shift is nights, 12 hours. Taking call is required for 2 shifts every 6 weeks. There is a potential need for additional hours. Shared furnished employee housing may be available based on capacity. No pets, partners, or smoking allowed. Holiday coverage is required.
