Join MedPOINT Management as a Client Account Manager and play a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships in our Sherman Oaks, CA office. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends to better serve clients needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
