Employee Relations Advisor

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive People Advisor to join our People team, based in our three New York offices. Reporting into the US People Business Partner, based in our London headquarters, this is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a fast‑paced, globally connected creative group, providing dedicated HR support across our multiple agencies in New York, California and Florida. You will provide comprehensive HR advisory support across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with HR leadership to ensure smooth and compliant operations across our US agencies. This role is in‑office four days a week, working across three of the Together Group agencies in New York. #J-18808-Ljbffr
