Location Cincinnati, OH — This is an on-site opportunity in a professional downtown Cincinnati office environment. Note An active Ohio Bar license and at least 1+ year of directly relevant corporate/business transactional or real estate law experience are required. A book of business is helpful but not required. Job Description Advise clients on corporate, business, transactional, and real estate matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Assist clients with business formation, governance, transactions, and general corporate matters. Handle and support a variety of real estate transactions and related legal matters. Conduct legal research and provide practical, business-focused legal advice. Communicate directly with clients and develop trusted professional relationships. Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Manage assigned matters efficiently while maintaining high standards of legal quality and client service. Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. Qualifications Active Ohio Bar license required. 1+ year of corporate, business transactional, and/or real estate law experience. Strong legal research, writing, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and sound professional judgment. Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively. Strong client-service orientation and interest in developing long-term client relationships. Book of business is a plus, but not required.
