What Your Days Might Look Like Build relationships with customers and help with their day-to-day banking needs Handle teller transactions accurately, efficiently, and with care Recommend products and services that truly fit each customer's goals Support the branch through teamwork, outreach, and excellent service Stay current on training, policies, and compliance requirements A Little About You A high school diploma or equivalent Experience in customer service and sales, ideally in banking, retail, or a similar environment Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask Comfort with everyday technology and Microsoft Office A team-first attitude and a genuine desire to help people Wage Range: The salary for this position begins at $23.00/hr At Univest, we believe great banking starts with strong relationships, within our teams, with our customers, and across the communities we serve.
