Schedule: Tuesday through Thursday, 3 Full Days Per Week Compensation: $45 to $50 per hour Position Type: Long-Term Temporary, Part-Time The Opportunity Our client is an established, growing global company seeking an enthusiastic, proactive part-time Office Manager for its dynamic San Francisco office of approximately 30 employees. After significant growth and a period of transition, they are looking for someone who brings positive energy, consistency, and a strong sense of ownership to the workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing, resourceful professional who enjoys being highly visible and taking ownership of the office and employee experience. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure the workplace remains organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. Serve as a visible, approachable, and positive presence throughout the office. Coordinate the weekly catered lunch and other office activities. Support employee engagement, workplace culture, and team initiatives. Take ownership of the company's recently established health and safety program. Proactively identify office needs and find practical solutions. Manage vendors, supplies, facilities needs, and workplace-related responsibilities. Partner closely with HR leadership and two San Francisco-based executives. Keep projects and deadlines moving forward with minimal supervision. What We're Looking For Approximately two or more years of Office Management, workplace operations, or related experience. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. Experience supporting workplace culture and employee engagement. Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices, with relevant certifications such as First Aid preferred. The confidence to take initiative, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities. Reliability is key for the chosen candidate. Tuesday is typically the busiest office day and includes the company's weekly catered lunch.
