Mindful Measures is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team. This school-based 1099 contract position supports students with communication needs under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services as outlined in student IEPs
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
• Collect data and maintain accurate service documentation
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress
• Participate in team meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Current Texas SLP-A license
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
